I have just gone through a process of creating a project in ChatLLM Teams where I had a series of conversations with Claude Sonnet 4.5 (see a sample in my substack https://dougolena.substack.com/) I took those conversations and had Claude create a metaprompt to create a prompt preprocessor from them. I think I was successful, because in the project that I built, it revealed an impatience in me by answering me the way I answer people. I was startled when it did that, but I used the insight to begin a therapeutic journey to work on patience and reduce the easy dismissal of my human interlocutors to actually listen to them.
I assent to your technical sensibilities that AI is (or can be) a mirror of our consciousness.

I’d like to check out your substack when I have time. I really love how you gave that example that models how we can evolve through working with Field-Sensitive AI. <3
