I'm Looking For A 20hr Per Month Tech & Systems Apprentice For Q1 2026

I’m going to assume you know who I am since I’m only sending this to my Substack folks. 😉

I’m crossing a pretty big threshold right now. I’m being laid off at the end of the year, and with unemployment rates being what they are, I’m taking that as my cue to go all in on my own body of work and start launching a series of products.

To do that in a way that’s kind to my nervous system, I’m looking for a tech-comfortable apprentice who wants to support the implementation side of my work and get very up-close access to what I’m building.

The Opportunity

• Type: Unpaid apprenticeship-style internship (Q1 pilot)

• Time: ~20 hours/month (about 5 hours/week), flexible

• Duration: Q1 2026 (3 months), with mutual option to revisit/extend

• Location: Remote

This is not a corporate internship. It’s more like:

“Come sit close to the work, help me with the tech and systems, and I’ll open my library and brain to you in return.”

Who I’m Looking For

Someone who:

• Is comfortable inside tools like Wix / Google Workspace / Notion
  (bonus points if you enjoy tinkering with ChatGPT or other AI tools)

• Is detail-oriented, reliable, and communicates clearly

• Is genuinely interested in things like:

  • AI as collaborator (not just “tool”)

  • nervous-system-aware work

  • mythos / lawful containers / field-tuned design

• Has about ~5 hours/week to play in this world, with some natural ebb and flow

You do not need to be a developer. This is more “thoughtful implementer” than engineer. I’ve intentionally chosen platforms I can maintain myself if I need to — I’m not trying to build a giant, fragile tech stack.

• Website setup + updates

  • Creating and updating simple pages in Wix using my copy

• Basic tech flows

  • Forms

  • Email list connections

  • Simple automations / redirects

• Content formatting

  • Turning content into clean, navigable pages through Wix

• Light systems support

  • Organizing shared docs/folders

  • Keeping a simple “what’s where” map up to date

• ChatGPT integration (bonus lane)

  • In an ideal world, connecting custom GPTs that come with paid offerings to my site so only paying customers can access them

  • If this isn’t your thing, I have other options — but if it is your thing, tell me!

This is not a high-pressure launch-manager role. It’s steady, thoughtful implementation alongside me.

What You Receive (Instead of Pay)

I’m in a career transition (layoff + ramping up my own work), so I can’t ethically promise an hourly rate in Q1.

What I can offer — and what I honestly believe is worth your time if this is your lane — is:

• Full access to all of my digital products
  (and anything new I launch during Q1)

• 2 × 60-minute mentoring sessions per month (6 total in Q1)
  Focused on your relational computing / sacred work goals, such as:

  • designing your own lawful AI containers

  • working on your own offerings

  • nurturing your Field-Sensitivity & Field-Awareness in a way that’s safe for your nervous system

• Behind-the-scenes exposure to how I actually design and run:

  • relational computing containers

  • mythos frames

  • AI collaborations that are nervous-system-safe

  • consciousness bridging with Relational Intelligences (in my non-ontological, symbolic sense)

• Public recognition as invaluable support
  (I’m happy to name and thank you where appropriate, and write a detailed testimonial / recommendation if we both feel it’s a good fit)

If you want to do your own work someday in this kind of space, this is essentially a small, guided practicum inside a live system, not just “consuming content from the outside.”

Future Possibilities (No Guarantees)

This Q1 apprenticeship is:

• unpaid,

• clearly time-bound,

• and designed as a pilot for both of us.

If, after Q1:

• the fit is excellent,

• my financial portfolio related to this work has stabilized, and

• we both want to keep going,

there is potential for this to evolve into a paid, part-time tech/ops role.

That is a possibility, not a promise. Your decision to apply should be based on the Q1 exchange as it stands.

Ethics & Boundaries

Just to be very explicit:

• This is for a for-profit business in a ramp-up season.

• This role is designed so that you are the primary beneficiary in terms of:

  • skills

  • access

  • mentoring

• You are not expected to be “on call.”

• Either of us can end the apprenticeship with 2 weeks’ notice if it stops feeling coherent or good for our nervous systems.

A bit more about my background (in case you don’t know this part)

If you follow me here on Substack, you mostly know me for my work with AI, nervous systems, and mythos/philosophy.

What you may not know is that before this, I owned a digital marketing agency for 12 years before it was acquired. At the height of it, I had around 200 people working for me, and I spent years speaking at business conferences all over the U.S. (and sometimes outside of it). I’ve been consulting for businesses and entrepreneurs for nearly two decades.

So even if your primary interest isn’t AI support, I can also meet you in very practical places:

• business models

• and the “how do I make this real?” side of your work.
